It all began back in 2001. My mother called and said, "Have you heard of the Food Network? You need to watch a show called 30 Minute Meals with Rachael Ray!" Well that day I watched Rachael, and then everything changed. I couldn't get enough. I fell in love with cooking and providing meals for my family. Over time I also developed a love for baking. I am a home cook and baker schooled by all the chefs on Food Network. I get such satisfaction serving my family and friends good food and the best sweet treats around! Thus Meredith's Tidbits & Treats was born. I have been catering small events now for 5 years. I love the smiles my food brings to the faces of my clients.
